Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.

When you submit the form we receive:

• •Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number — required, so that we can reply to you.
• •Your organisation name, its website, the course you are interested in, and your message — all optional.

2. Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to send you the course information, dates or quotation you asked for. You give us that permission by ticking the consent box before you submit the form; the form cannot be submitted without it.

We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or pass your details to third-party marketing brokers.

3. Where it is stored

Your submission is emailed to our team and to you as a confirmation, and a copy is stored in our enquiry database so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails to arrive.

Two service providers process the data on our behalf in order to make that work: Resend, which delivers the email, and Supabase, which hosts the database. Access to the stored enquiries is restricted to the TNS Consulting staff handling your request.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts, and it stores nothing in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

5. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tnsconsulting.co.in and we will action the request.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date below. Questions about anything on this page can go to info@tnsconsulting.co.in, or through our contact page.
