1. About this website

By using tnsconsulting.co.in you agree to these terms. The site describes the training courses TNS Consulting delivers and provides a way to enquire about them. It is an information and enquiry website: no booking is confirmed and no payment is taken through it.

2. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation — it does not reserve a place on a course. Course dates, locations, fees and joining instructions are confirmed directly by our team in writing, and the terms of any training we deliver are set out in that correspondence, not on this website. See our training schedule page for how dates are arranged.

3. Training and certification

TNS Consulting is a training organisation. We deliver awareness, implementation and auditor training on the standards and schemes listed on this site.

Certification of a management system is a separate activity carried out by independent, accredited certification bodies following their own audits. Attending a TNS course does not certify an organisation, and we do not issue management system certificates.

TNS Consulting is an approved training partner under the FoSTaC Scheme with FSSAI. Food safety supervisor training is delivered under that scheme.

4. Intellectual property

All course outlines, training material and other content published on this website remain the intellectual property of TNS Consulting. Reproducing or commercially reselling this material without written permission is not permitted.

Standard numbers and titles referred to on this site (ISO, ISO/IEC and FSSAI schemes) belong to the bodies that publish them, and are used here only to identify the subject of a course.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep course descriptions on this site accurate and current. Standards are revised from time to time, so where a course page names a specific edition of a standard, please confirm the current version with us before booking.

Where we have not yet published details for a course, the page says so rather than estimating. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a particular date, duration, fee or outcome unless we have confirmed it to you in writing.
