FoSTaC fees are set by FSSAI, not by the training partner. Each course is priced within the band below, per participant, and the upper limit is binding on every training partner under the scheme.

Online delivery costs 25% less than the classroom fee for the same course. Every fee above is per participant and excludes GST.
